Been using this Rite Aid for yrs. Can't say enuf great things about the place and the staff. Now using the pharmacy too and just as pleased. Just feels good to go there and always get what you need.

I’m a regular customer at this store. Lately the customer service has been very poor. The last straw was yesterday, I was making a purchase that included wine, Ben, the man who was helping me at the register asked my CHILD for an ID because I was buying wine. I told him she was my daughter and she’s a child, she’s just tall. He continued to ignore me and was super rude, called his supervisor saying “There’s a woman buying wine and the other woman(my child) with her does not have an ID”. He was rude, humiliated us and treated me like I was doing something illegal. Made my daughter feel really uncomfortable and she never wants to go back again. Even if this was standard procedure, there are ways of talking to customers and this is not one of them, he didn’t even apologize. Ben needs training on how to treat customers. I will not be going back.

Always closed early. Amazon packages always locked inside an empty store during posted business hours. Pay your employees more so you can run your business without staffing problems. Amazon should remove your locker.

We got our COVID boosters today thanks to the walk-in service here. We were so pleased! All the staff at the pharmacy was quick, efficient, and friendly. They had all three options available. It’s such a relief to have that out of the way! Thanks guys :)
