Nice store but really needs to improve care of live animals. The betta fish especially had it rough. Some of the cups were thick with filth, fish clinging to life. The regular fish were not much better shape. Several fish diseased and dying, multiples dead. Shameful! The staff is friendly and very obviously doing their best to manage an impossible task. This should really be taken care of. Every cashier that has assisted me and every store employee has been absolutely top notch. I give the staff 10 stars.. they all deserve recognition.

Items not stocked properly. Clearance items selected according to Jordan the manager were actually not clearance but even he could not find where the selected were supposedly stocked on the shelves. As a result still wouldn't honor pricing. Had to ask pricing on many items as not clearly marked...So pricing wasn't updated either. Bad service here with attitude... no help... left without needed items that we will now find elsewhere.

I took my daughter here to purchase items for her turtle habitat. Rylie (I believe) was amazing! She was super knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed without trying to oversell us. We will definitely be back for future supplies!
