Look, I know purchasing a ring is nerve-wracking for various reasons, you may not get it right ( it happens) and Let's be real, some may even feel embarrassed because of their budget. And it's ok. The amount does not matter. They will help you here. They are very friendly and you get that humble "mom's and pops" vibe because of how they treat you. They never hustled me, or pressured me, or directed me into something I didn't feel comfortable with. Be honest with them, tell them your budget and they will work with you. They have items to fit EVERY budget. With great quality stones and metals. If you get it wrong, you can come back and exchange it. They do custome work, cleaning, resizing among other services. Whatever setting, halos, and stones, they will make it happen. I went towards the later time of the day which was nice because I was the only one there. I came in with a broken chain looking to trade for something heavier and ended up getting my chain fixed and buying a new chain that is exactly what I was looking for! When I came in the chain I was looking at wasn’t the length I was looking for so they ordered the same chain in the length I wanted. The whole process took less than 5 days from ordering to pickup. My mom brought in some rings and designed her dream wedding ring as well! At Queens, you are treated like family and customer requests are the priority! I will definitely only be getting jewelry from Queens Jewlers and will be telling anyone who compliments (these chains turned out gorgeous so there will definitely be many complements) my chains where I got them from! Your ideas are top priority when customizing plus everything on the sales floor is absolutely beautiful!
