I was greeted as soon as I enter the store by a friendly salesperson! I told him what I needed and he directed me to the right dept. I was then greeted by another friendly salesperson. Within 10 minutes I found what I needed at an awesome price. Adrian the salesperson was so very helpful. Bob is my go to store from now on!!

My wife and I had purchased a bedroom set over a year ago and had an issue with the service contract we purchased through a third party. We went in ready to do battle to get our dresser repaired and before we could even complain the manager stepped in saying the store would handle it with their own people. I found a beautiful bed on line and reached out to Bob’s furniture. I spoke with Brandi and she was able to do entire transaction on the phone. I even financed it for 6 months with no interest. ! I didn’t even need to go into the store which made it very convenient! Fortunately, we live only 20 minutes from their warehouse so we were able to pick it up almost immediately that day! My bed is absolutely stunning, it was made with the highest quality and I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you Brandi for all your help and making this buying experience exceptional.
