The check in process was smooth, it was the physician who saw me that didn’t make me feel safe. Whenever I expressed my concern, he’d gloss over it and kept looking at my chest. The worst part is that I didn’t get his name

After having a total knee replacement surgery, I was really afraid of the pain I was going to have with physical therapy. My therapist Mike is absolutely the best! He made me feel comfortable and always told me the exercises I was going to do and why I should do them. The thing I was most impressed about is what he told me the first day. He said, "Don't think I am not listening to you. I know this hurts, but this is what we need to do to get your range of motion back." I could not have been assigned a more caring therapist. I am extremely happy with the care I received.

while this clinic is barely adequate, my review is more about the health care system in the country. republicans tout American health care as the best in world while scaring ignorant citizens that alternative health care systems such one payer system is bad. if republicans and conservative destroyer of life are right, then the medical plan provided by the insurance company my employer provides is of such low quality that i can't expect anything good for maintaining the health i have currently or regaining health if i even become truly ill. if American health care system is the best in the world in its current form, why do i have to wait 6 to 7 weeks to for an appointment to see my doctor. And even if i see her, she only wants to see me every six months or never. i am lucky though, my current medical plan does have a decent urgent care that is open the major part of the day and service is ok. but it has not always been that way. once i walked out of kaiser because after two and half hours of waiting, and repeated request for even a nurse to see, the lvns there just ignored me. my sinus infection went untreated. if bad service and worse medical treatment is the norm of the best health care system in the world, lets, at least, be on a single payer system.
