I was a loyal customer and a perks member. I was e-mailed a 25 percent off coupon and called to inquire if I could use it to buy my daughter some fish for her aquarium and was told I could. When I arrived at the store I was told all fish were sick, this seemed odd. I did some more shopping and stopped back to see them selling fish. If you don't want to honor coupons, then don't send them out.

I have been here with all my new pet needs. They definitely know how to send you off on your new journey well prepared. I have never met a staff member who didn't love pets. Very knowledgeable and good prices. Their mailing list isn't overwhelming either. They have a good discount program and their specials come often. It's not huge either, but it has everything you need. I have a cat, a tortoise, a snake, and now a puppy, and they are my go-to for all my needs.

My first time in.. first thing I found was the coconut coir that I need for the bedding for my worm bin, and second I was there for cat food. My cat has a very sensitive stomach so I have to get special formulas and I would only say that it was a little hard to navigate because there were so many options but the store was well stocked and clean and I was able to get what I needed. I think if I came a little bit earlier in the daytime or probably be a little more help but it was later when they were about to close so I didn't even bother to ask. I will be back m most definitely, when I have more time and an less rushed!

Great pet store. Good prices and great selection. They really pack a lot in here but it's not crowded and very well organized. The staff is nice too.
