Pleasant experience very short wait for my adaptive device to be installed was a bit shocked at the price increase, 3 years ago it was much less always shocking when I'm on retirement disability limited income but in the end it was worth it as it allows me to drive. Thank you💜🇺🇲🐈⬛🐾

I’ve known and been a customer of the Ability Center for several years and I’ve never experienced anything but amazing customer service. I just got my second adaptive van a day ago and I am very happy with how all my questions and concerns were answered and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Ability Center to anyone who needs an adaptive vehicle. I’ve had many people come up to me at gas stations and parking lots over the years asking different kinds of questions about my van and I always give them Ability Center’s business card. I’m proud to be an ambassador of Ability Center!

Very helpful staff. Pleasant and highly competent. The General Manager, Kevin Horn, personally helped us through 2 separate visits and also consulted over the phone. He explained both the mobility and financing options completely. He recommended the best option for our son. I would definitely use Ability Center again: I cannot recommend this unique and special community resource too highly!

Unfortunately we don't buy used scooters but you you may want to reach out to Spin Life to see what their return policy is. Also, you may want to try to sell it on OfferUp or CraigsList.
