I’m called another place and just didn’t feel good about the interaction. Then I called here and I’m glad I did. My first interaction was with Robert. He was able to take a list of things I needed stored and suggest the right sized unit. He then locked in a wonderful rate for me and connected me to Michael. Michael is one of the most elite customer service professionals I have ever encountered. I immediately knew this was the right storage facility for me because he explained the process and made it so easy. I’m very glad I passed on the first option that didn’t exemplify impressive customer service and chose here instead.

This storage is pretty good. There are some things that are not as new as newer storage places that keep popping up around town, but it does the job. The keypad to get into the building is secure, and it works as intended. The elevator is large enough for a family size couch which is nice. The hot summers aren't great but I don't expect a warehouse to be chilly in Phoenix. The hallways are wide as well, which makes moving corners a breeze. The staff are very friendly, I saw the office person helping an older lady move some boxes/items into her car.

Overall great experience from move-in to move- out! Michael helped me get everything set up and it was an incredibly easy and efficient process. James helped me check out- excellent customer service! On top of that, clean facilities & great prices! 10/10 recommend
