Well, considering we are ordered or forced to obtain health insurance. I must say once you sit with one of these reps the process is smooth and pretty informative. Yes, I needed help navigating cause I am Military retired and I have never had to deal with this but now I'm guiding my 22yo son through adult responsibilities and health insurance is one. I walked in asked question left more knowledgeable returned home called Anthem after discussing with nurse friend she suggested Blue Cross. Anthem Blue Cross also gave me guidance and suggested I enrolled through cover California and we did. My son is now pending enrollment. Mr Rojas thank you for your guidance.
