Nice and clean gym. AC was just where it needed to be on these hot days

On June 4th I was at the gym in my own space minding my workout, then someone cuts in and practically kicks me out of the equipment I was using. Trying to have an adequate talk with that person wasn’t effective, unwilling to put up with harassment and disrespect I went on to report that to the front desk, they would give him a warning, or so I thought. The employee followed to speak with the man, who was onto something. Mine word against his the employee was convinced that I was the actual threat in that situation. Without having much deliberation I was asked to leave. There was no evidence supporting the claim that I was making threats. The wicked man made it all up, however, white men solidarity outweighs the rational when it comes to a choice to be made between a white man and an any other race man,— (Asian in my case) the white would always be the favorite. Perhaps it can spark some attention from the management. However at this point I decided to proceed with termination of the membership.

The staff here is super energetic and nice. I would like to highlight the excellence of the worker named Phillip Kendall I was super nervous about arriving at the gym and he made me feel very welcomed. I also met a fitness coach/advisor named Ian who is very nice! Can't wait to go back!

Really bummed to leave 24 hour fitness after being a member for almost one decade. The employees were always very nice and professional, and I can't blame the management for having to deal with all the restrictions put in place due to covid, but it just didn't make sense to keep my membership. Even after the gyms opened back up after the previous shutdowns, many gyms were reopened and running with no problem. For some reason, 24 Hour always took weeks longer to reopen. I tried out a few different gyms while I was waiting for 24 to open their doors back up. When they finally did reopen, just finding time to workout seemed impossible. The 1 hour reservations were inconvenient. I'm not sure why 24 had such a hard time adjusting while other gyms had less issues. For a while they didn't even have water bottle refill stations. I had to refill my water bottle in the bathroom sink. Another reason I left is because my membership increased exponentially every year. I tried contacting customer service many times during the lockdowns, but no one was available to answer. Thanks for the memories 24. I hope things get better soon.
