Joining here was the best thing I ever did. The gym is large with a lot of amenities. Machines and free weights. Really friendly helpful staff and I recommend the peak plus membership. It's totally worth it

Terrible. Machines are always out of order. Morning (and overall all) staff is super friendly though.

I’ve had a crunch membership at one point or another since I was 16, but since going back for the first time, I was pretty disappointed! I hopped on the stair machine, and the first one was clanky so I hopped on another and after it started it wouldn’t stop, on level 7, and then I realized the pull cord was gone. I decided stairs weren’t for me and headed to the treadmills and I noticed they were SUPER dirty. I worked at a commercial gym and I know it gets dirty fast but I took a peek at the front feet, and I could tell they haven’t been touched in weeks. Stretched, went to weights and upper body machines and the same level of dirty, and left just underwhelmed. Thankfully I could cancel and wasn’t locked into a contract, but I was really disappointed! I’ve always thought of crunch as a better end of commercial gyms, I liked the equipment and the classes but the grime just gives me the ick.

Watch out for their marketing scams and fine print. They refuse to cancel my membership without a certified letter or in person. I kno longer live near the location. The manager division won’t reply to emails or take phone calls. I find it ridiculous that I have to send certified mail to cancel a gym membership. I bet their personal trainers don’t stay for very long.

Hi Brenda. Yes, there are several in Dallas. However, we do not own that franchise. Thanks, Brenda, for the question:)
Yes. There are two i believe. One near treadmills and the other near supplements for sale.
Hi Dave and thanks for the question. It all depends on when gyms will be moved out of the extreme category with regards to the pandemic situation. Every 2 weeks our Governor let's us know updates with regards to the category were in. If we drop down to the high category or lower, then we will be able to open. Her next update is scheduled for Thursday so stay tuned. If we do get dropped down then we will open the 18th. If not, then it will be another 2 weeks before we know. In any case we will inform you as soon as we know. Thanks for being a member Dave and look forward to us all Crunching again:)
