I am a first timer & I feel comfortable at this gym, being a bigger girl. I love how the machines show you what body part you're working out. I highly recommend this gym, also Armando was amazing when I came in to start my membership.

I don’t even know where to start. I got a membership here in March, after being out of the gym scene for a few years. The last gym I went to was in Arizona, and apparently things are different there. The day I started here I bought a lock, because there are a ton of lockers not only in the main gym but in the locker room. After a couple of weeks I bought a second lock, and had one locker for my clean stuff and one for my dirty stuff. I live an hour away, and this seemed like the best option so I wouldn’t constantly be taking stuff back and forth. The staff has seen me come and go multiple times, coming in with things and leaving with nothing, and no one EVER said I couldn’t leave stuff in lockers overnight. There is ONE sign stating the lockers are day use only, regardless of what the manager, Armando, told me about there being multiple signs, and it’s not even near the lockers. It’s head height on the wall as you walk into the locker room. After returning from vacation last week, I went to workout and walked into a locker room with empty lockers. I went to the desk and asked what happened, and they stared at me dumbfounded. I explained that I had two full lockers with locks on them that are now empty. The teenager at the desk said “oh yeah you’re not supposed to leave things in them overnight.” Again, no one ever told me that, and I bought my lock FROM THEM. They checked lost and found to no avail, and took my info so they could try and find out what happened. I came in the next day and worked out, and stopped at the front desk on my way out. Again she said they didn’t know where my stuff was, and referred me to the manager, Armondo. He explained that the lockers are day use only, and that he advised janitorial to cut the locks. I asked him where my things were, and he said he didn’t know. I asked him to check the cameras, and he said it’s not his responsibility to find out what happened to my things. I asked who else I could talk to about it and he shrugged his shoulders and said nobody. I lost over $200 worth of items and they could care less.

Always hot, disinfectant spray bottles have nasty 🤢 nozzles. Every cell phone holder is filthy and the bathroom is always trashed. Horrible customer service too. There can be four workers behind the desk and they'll all talk to each other rather than waiting on you. The tall blonde manager acts like she hates it there and ignores her employees. The welcome mat is always filthy too.

I go to 2 planet fitness's one back to 24 hours and the other not... I'm assuming it's bases on how crowded they get during busiest times
