After 15+ years of being a member, I had to call it quits. I had frozen my account during the pandemic and started back up in March of 2022. After two years of lockdown I was excited to come back to the gym I once loved, but found the new management to be dismal to say the least. I had account issues that should have been easily fixed, however, 5 months later I still couldn't get a resolution. The manager would not respond to my emails, would not call me back, nor was she ever available to speak with when I was physically at the gym. The cleanliness at the gym has also decreased greatly since pre-covid. I understand that staffing is low and can be a factor in the upkeep. However, the unprofessionalism and apathy of the manager is what finally has me revoking my membership.

Went to see how this gym was using the free pass. The gym is not that bad… The employees were nice. It was however very crowded and dirty! Some of the personal trainers even block people from using certain areas of the gym. The free pass expires after 3 days. I used it on the first day and will never go back there again. The main reason I will never go is because a few days after I got a call from them. They asked if I would want a membership there. I then declined and said thank you. Then he asked “so, you just wanted a free workout?” I can’t believe how rude he was. I paused and said no I just wanted to see how the gym was and my friend wanted me to join. The employee seemed nice in person but on the phone he was very rude. I’m pretty certain they were the same people. I will not be going here again.

I wish I could give zero and negative star. This is a 24 hours fitness center that IS NOT 24 hours🤯 Most of the equipment and machine here are broken and not working. Out of 9 stair master machine 5 are broken. I thought maybe this is something that it just happened and it will be fixed, but after reading other reviews from months and months ago, I find out that the problem of having broken machine has been there forever and no one is taking care of it. I sent email to Managment but never got any reply back. Called the manager to talk to her about the situation and she was very rude and rushing to hang up on me because she didn’t want to hear me out. What is funny is that when I tried to get the membership I was getting non stop calls from them to convince me to sign up, but to cancel my membership or even letting them know what is wrong with this fitness center, I had to send emails and call multiple time to be able to talk to the manager. Honestly, this is vey disrespectful of people time and money. If you want to work out in a place that you sure you have been taking care of your money and your times, don’t sing up here! It’s opposite of what it has to offer! UPDATE: within a week from my review, another stair master broke “sure, you guys have back order or whatever lie you have to say to convince us” so now only 3 out of 9 works and God knows till when. Also there was no sign on broken machine on the broken one so I almost broke my leg. HELLO MANAGEMENT, do something.. your job!!!!

Stolen Car from Hollywood 24 Hour Fitness, Portland, OR! My son’s car was stolen from this 24 Hour Fitness in the Hollywood District on 12/31/2021. Someone cut the lock off his locker and took his wallet and keys - then they stole his car from the 24 Hour Fitness parking garage. Three weeks later and still no news. Laurie, the manager, says this is a corporate matter and not something that she would get involved with; they let the police and corporate handle it. Basically Laurie and her staff will take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for anything that happens at the club to you or your belongings. Do not have any false sense of security at this location! They may or may not be monitoring who enters or leaves the facility and they do not appear to want to review security camera footage to find out if thefts are being committed by random people, other members, or their own employees. Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option.

Yes.
Old enough to pay your bill...that's my guess..lol
Yes there is a parking garage.I believe it's free too.
If you are talking the Hollywood gym, then no.
I have never had an issue though I dont like parking garages. I don"t have to pay and theres securitys sometimes to keep riff raff run off.
They pay money to come and play volleyball... Think about it
They have four bench presses plus two incline presses
How do you fine about the upto date deals?
