I just moved in here a couple a months ago and I LOVE IT! Such a peaceful community and clean. Pet friendly community I really enjoy the dog park. Great location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

I absolutely loved the Landing when Danielle & Melissa were part of the management; they were super nice, welcoming, and always willing to help you. I lived in Landing for 12 months and when they got the new management just early this year, I thought it'd be for the better, but not at And the manager was extremely inappropriate when moved out. I'm really disappointed, but don't move in. With that price, you can live better and a better location too. I attend Cal State University Long Beach very proud CSULB student

We have lived here for 3 years and in two different units. Both units were ground level and both of them were flooded by the toilet overflowing from the unit above. We have had 3 different managers since we have lived here and 2 of the 3 do not know how to manage apartment buildings. If you put in a work order to have something done, it can take up to 48 hours or more before they get around to it, so hopefully it is not an emergency (like an overflowing toilet and flooding the inside of your unit.) Several of the lights are burned out around the property and have never been replaced. The dumpster areas have doors on the outside, however the door handles are broken not allowing the doors to stay shut. Many people come from outside the complex and dig through the dumpsters looking for bottles/cans or whatever else they can find, so be careful what you throw in the trash. Our front door has a huge gap all the way around not making our unit very efficient. If you use the air conditioning, it just goes right out the front door. Our garbage disposal has blown the breaker several times. If you look down inside you can see that it is all rusted. We have called several times and they just use an alan wrench to free it up. I have gotten to the point where I stopped calling because I can do that myself. I expected them to replace it so that they wouldn't have to keep coming back, but they don't seem to care. If you decide to leave or change units, it doesn't matter how much you clean your apartment, they will keep cleaning fees out of your deposit, so you might as well not waste your time cleaning and just let them do it if they are going to charge you anyway. You are also not allowed to hang anything from your porch, no plants, bird houses, bird feeders, lights, or anything else. I guess they don't want you to have a personality of your own in the space that you are paying for. They will send you a violation if they see anything hanging, however they do pick and choose who they give them to because other people have stuff hanging and they don't get violations. They do have pet stations, however a few people in the apartments don't pick up after their dogs, so be careful when walking in the grass as you may step in something. It has been a good 3 years, but with some problems and lack of good management, so just beware! See photo's below so you can see I am not making this stuff up.
