First time coming to this clinic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thomsen, Florence was amazing!! She listened to me took her time and answered all my questions. I recently tested positive for Covid 19. I called the Atwater Medical Group who provides my primary care and asked them to send a Paxlovid prescription to my pharmacy. They said I would need to have an appointment first. Their first appointment was outside the window for the effectiveness of Paxlovid. I explained that to them and asked them to work me into their schedule. They refused to consider it. I have been a patient there for over ten years yet they would not make available ten minutes for a phone appointment. This is not an organization you can depend on. Sent from my iPhone

Their customer service needs to be revamped, patient waiting time in front waiting room, minus zero. I arrived a half hour before my appointment and waited an hour, I asked why the wait was so long, apparently they forgot to call me. I requested to see my provider after my test was completed, I had a question regarding a specific test which I thought I was supposed to get and did not, I was told she could not see me, and they would leave her a note to call me, since I am from out of town i said I would wait because I did not want to come back, I was still refused to see her, so I had to leave not getting the test I thought she said I was there to get in the first place. Previously, I fasted 12 hours for a lab test, drove from out of town to the appointment, once I saw the lab technician, she told me she could not draw my blood, her reason was , it would take 45 minutes to do what she had to do for me and she had to prepare for her COVID patients, (who had not shown up as yet ) told me to come back, am I to believe it takes 45 minutes to draw one vile of blood? She apologized stating she knew I fasted but she could not see me. Try calling their office, the phone rings forever, if anyone answers, you get put on hold for another forever. I was once in the waiting area when a patient walked in and said she had to get in her car and go there because they would not answer their phone. Actually I had to do the same thing on another ocasión. Wella buenaventura is an excelente nurse practitioner, she cares about her patients health and well being, she does everything in her capacity to work hard for her patients, I believe if it were not for this wonderful woman, that clinic would have gone out of business long ago. Obviously, I'm not going back.

I have too many negative things to say about this place. Many years ago it was ok. Now I'm surprised it's not closed down.
