they will try to upsell you. they originally charged us $14 to send two pieces of paper. then i went back in and asked if there was the cheapest option because $14 to send two pieces of paper is ridiculous and he said ground is usually 11-13$ and so i asked if there is usps options available here and he said there is usps for $6 and i asked is that the CHEAPEST option, then DAVID hesitated and said $2. and when i asked him why didnt he initially give me the $2 option when i first asked he said they are prompted to upsell and they wont bring up usps “because they dint usually do it” or unless the customer asks. as a business you should be TRANSPARENT about all the options you DO offer, even if you don’t usually do it.

5 stars for a great mail experience & helpfulness from staff on the phone. I have been using there services for over 5 years & have had no issues. I use there mail services mainly & send out packages as well. I see many negative reviews & cannot comment on those but can tell you that I have had no bad experiences myself. If anything came up they tried their best to resolve it. Daniel, David and others there have been very helpful before, during & after the pandemic as well with minimal interruptions of service.

This is where I return all my Amazon packages. For the most part it’s quick but occasionally there will be a line. Great service though👌🏻

This UPS has a bad customer service (rude) and is super greedy. They want to charge you for everything and everything is overpriced. I came to return an Amazon package and I brought the code on my phone. They said that I needed to print it and said email it to us, but we will charge you $3+ dollars for the email plus $0.64 for the copy. I’m not coming back.
