I scheduled an appointment online for January 5th 2022 at 3:30 I left work early only to come to this center to be told I can't be seen and that there is nothing they can do cause they short staff. I had an urgent medical matter and they turned me away without even honoring the proof I showed them. The girl said you are not in the system and we can't see you this is very unprofessional and they were careless of my concerns even after telling them the reason for my appointment.

Staff were all nice & helpful. Appointment went smoothly. Staff made me feel comfortable & calm before my procedure because I was a little nervous. Not a long wait time at all, was taken back within 5 minutes. :) thank you Ladies! You were all great!

I scheduled an appt here dec 7th and today’s date is Dec 22nd. I scheduled time off from my job to be here. I get here with an issue that has been bothering me for mths. I get here only to be told that I never confirmed my appt so it was canceled. I never received an email, text or phone call stating such. Neither did my confirmation email say anything about confirming twice. I was also told that I Wld not b able to b seen bcuz someone was already scheduled to see the doc at 4:10 my appt time to which I also had a screenshot saved. How can a big establishment be so incompetent! I almost cried infront of the front desk worker who showed absolutely no emotion as she turned me back. Is this an office for humans or animals?

I'm not sure of the question boop?
Yes they do, you have to request that is what you want. Either your insurance will cover it or they will fee acess you for a co-pay if you are paying out of pocket, or your insurance may have a co-pay already set.
If your not working you can get them for free if you are working and don’t have insurance then they base the amount you pay with the amount you make. The lowest a pack of birth control can be while working is $12 a piece.
No they do not

They will run a pregnancy test but if u are pregnant and would lik the pill. They will set u a separate appointment so u can discuss the pill and payment. Insurance doesn't cover abortions in Philadelphia if thats where you are

Hi Erica, We accept patients with or without insurance. I would advise you call the Upper Darby Health Center to see if they have an appointment available today prior to going.
