Check-in for kiosk use required. You will need to see the receptionist to add your name on a list to be able use the kiosk. First name and phone number. When your turn is up, they will call you to get in line.

AAA green valley, very well organized. Although wait time 50 minutes for 9 people in line to use DMV KIOSK. ✔️ In a breeze and friendly courteous service. The person overseeing things was incredible he was too notch. Monitoring the flow, helping people if they were having any difficulty at the Kiosk, expediting a smooth flow. My hats off the the AAA, Green Valley and there continue top grade service. I have been a premium member for 5 years and never been disappointed! Note: I was one that needed help when the machine wasn't excepting my exemption discount and booted me out. Sorry I don't remember this gentleman's name, I was there between 11:45am and 12:30pm Fri 2/26/2021

Would be more fun if someone was there to help. People can't figure out how to use the machine so they take a long time. Plus when you go in give your name they put u on a wait list then call your name. STILL BETTER THAN DMV.

The kiosk is in the office of AAA. You can’t just walk in and use the kiosk. You must make an appointment and AAA members have preference. The whole idea defeats the idea of a kiosk and in all honesty is a scam to talk you into buying AAA road services and other AAA products. Disingenuous and creepy.

At the Kiosk inside AAA they didn't even ask for proof of insurance, they ran my baroda on the registration card I received and confirmed I was insured. Take all just in case but in my experience kiosk didn't ask me to provide. It also didn't ask for smog although I had it on hand.
Technically you can . make sure the kiosk you visit takes cash if it does take exact amount. No coin change. If it's a debit card kiosk make sure it takes your card. Some don't take American express. If u just need duplicate you can use kiosk. Just as long as there are no address or name change ..
If you have the title, then that's all you need if you ever want to sell your car.
That's one.. only an in person visit at the DMV can accomplish
