If you are looking to move to a place where you can raise your kids in a safe community, if you are elderly, a graduate student or a college student and/or have to get an apartment for your parents or older family members where they will be safe, move to Montego Bay Apartments. Strongly recommended. The location is basically borderline Las Vegas/ Henderson. For the location, the size of my apartment, no bug problems, the price, and the amenities it’s a good choice. They also have a great location. It is right off of the bus line, convenient store, ice cream shop, fabulous Mexican restaurant, nail salon, barber shop, dentist, karate dojo, great pizza spot right across the street. The gas station is right around the corner walking distance. Small playground right down the street and in walking distance. The amenities on site are very nice for family members of all ages. We have a fitness center with tvs and enough equipment to achieve any fitness goals. All of the equipment is kept clean and in good working condition. In the apartment one of the features I love is the wood burning fireplace. This thing is amazing! Also these apartments have the USB ports in the power outlets which can be very convenient. We have a new office manager named Jessica and she is friendly and helpful. She is also very professional, and has hired good leasing office attendants and she hasn’t been here too long. When she came to these apartments, as a manager she had alot to work with. I’m happy she stayed thus far. Jessica is doing great job. Maintenance is under staffed, however, this community is clean, gated, and has mobile security patrolling the area. The owners of the property have maintenance staff from their main office and from the leasing office on site and they do the best that they can to respond to all service requests in a timely manner as long as they are submitted appropriately through the website. The maintenance staff is very professional and approachable. The pleasant and professional personalities of the leasing staff, the office manager, and the maintenance is completely appreciated. To the staff and Pinnacle, you are appreciated and the time and attention that you have been putting into these apartments and us the tenants does not go unnoticed. The paint upgrades to the buildings look nice and thank you for keeping our pools clean and closing them hen they are not clean.

I’ve been living there for over a year. I was moved into an unfinished apartment the old manager Cassandra and her agents didn’t care and it would take months for the maintenance to come out. A few months later They were replaced with 2 of the most sweetest people I know Assistant Manager Jessica and leasing agent Erica they came in and truly blessed me they fixed as much in my apartment as they could before moving me into a better unit. They are very knowledgeable and professional they care about their residents and the new maintenance managers Fred and Steven are making sure to get the work orders done efficiently and quickly. I honestly can say I now love it here

Although I decided to go elsewhere, Jessica was extremely professional and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. She definitely made me feel seen and heard and I can tell that I wouldn’t just be another tenant, but rather be an individual within the community.

Okay for the price, but the management and maintenance here are terrible. They never send you notice when they're doing work near your apartment, so I've woken up on many occasions to people doing insanely loud work on my roof. The last email I got was about how they have a new property manager who really hasn't done ANYTHING to make living here any better. As for their maintenance, no matter what request we send, they never respond. It takes MONTHS for them to do anything, and it usually takes us calling in and complaining about it for it to happen.

Wanna bet? I was just kicked out of the clubhouse so that the front desk could conduct tours for potential residents - at 2 in the afternoon. And the outside door to the gym is always locked. You bettah' finish your workout by 6 p.m., and be real, real nice to the front desk, or you're out of luck. Now ask me about perimeter security -- oh yeah, there isn't any. No guards, a fence with 3 doors (all with broken locks), and a main entrance that appears to be gated, until you notice that the exit gate is permanently open and not rigged to discourage anyone to drive through it into the complex. The fencing and gate look nice, but they're there just for the marketing brochure, and are completely non-functional from a security perspective.
