Disclaimer: I am not a resident but just visited the community today and was incredibly impressed. I am from out of state and was very stressed about finding an apartment within a reasonable distance to TUN and one that was super secure. This place checks all the boxes. Their 2x2 units are beautifully maintained and rent seemed to be reasonable prices for the current market. They offer manicured landscapes with natural wildlife like rabbits always present. The units have laundry in unit & are really well laid out. I also love that it’s a gated community and has assigned covered parking. The office staff were also a joy to work with. I requested a tour and received a very quick response. When we went in, John was very fast and happy to answer any of our questions. I felt like he was super knowledgeable and not at all annoyed by anything I could think to ask. This is one of the cleanest, safest communities I’ve seen in Henderson and for fair prices too. I’m definitely hoping to rent here soon!

My boyfriend and I went to check out an apartment for lease and, we were greeted with some of the most friendly and welcoming staff! Moving out of state is already stressful but, when you meet people who is willing to go above and beyond to help you , it makes the process a lot easier. Rachel and her staff will go above and beyond to help you. Thanks Rachel for treating us like family and for a welcoming experience. Even if we didn't get approved for the apartment, I would still leave a good review because of our welcoming and friendly experience at first site.

Ive been living here for almost two months, and its been awesome, the ladies in the office are the best, Krista made my move in process so wonderful. Me and my children are so happy with our new place, we made the best choice when we moved here. I would recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a nice, clean, peaceful place to live.

Definitely the best renting experience I’ve ever had. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you because typically they come from bad renters. My wife and I have lived here for almost 3 years and definitely would recommend. It’s less than a half mile from the Nevada State College campus and walking distance to Remedy’s Tavern. The maintenance staff is fast and friendly and the front staff is always willing to help you with any issues. During peak season is when we moved in and had to wait to secure a downstairs unit but totally worth it. The pools are always clean and well-maintained and despite the haters, are only really heated in the winter time (I mean who doesn’t want a cold pool in 110° heat).
