Great community beautiful grounds, love the clubhouse and pool table, gym and community space. I rent here because of the 24/7 heated pool with swim lap lanes and the hot tub. I have lived here for almost a year and I love it! When my sister and I were looking for a place, the moment we walked in we new this was where we wanted to be. The vibe of everyone is the office was amazing. The apartment is exactly as the model, just without the furniture (obvi). Everything still almost feels new even though it was built in 2016. The reviews that mention trash and upkeep must be people who were upset with something else. The property is well managed and kept very clean. I never have issues with my neighbors, or ridiculous noise either. Anything I may need the office handles right away as well. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is where it is at. I have no intentions of leaving any time soon!

I moved into La Vie in 2016 when the property was first built and at that time the property management was amazing--hosted monthly events, amenities were great and the community was taken care of. A bit over a year after that, a new property management company took over and it was down hill from there. The community events were reduced to a couple times a year (at best), the community upkeep started to be less frequent (more trash floating through the community, gates left broken..), and the management team became a bit clueless (nice but pretty much incompetent and inconsistent).. I finally bought a house and left this spring. Even though I gave proper notice and did my part to ensure final payment was made, they repeatedly failed to contact me (after multiple attempts by me to contact them), failed to send me an invoice (after telling me they would multiple times when I was able to speak to a person) and so when the amount due posted to the portal, I paid it in full and they still put my account in collection--before the payment was even due!! I contacted them several times and was advised that it would be taken care of and 2 months later, I'm still receiving calls.. Steer clear if you are thinking about renting from this company..

We really love living at La Vie. They have a dog park that our dogs love and it’s very well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always on top of every little thing. Arjay is the manager there and he’s so great! Always hosting cute events and solving any issues. Not one complaint here! If we do decide to move out we will update with how it goes.
