Very bad service due to no one answering the phone, the centers voicemail not work or being put on hold for any reason. When asking for the centers manager Karla Cortez she would be busy, not available and when transfered to her voicemail it would say unable to hear voice if you try to leave a message. I had be trying to contact the office for fours days to get with a certification for a job. After having no other choice of spending 4 hours around trip to the office just to be heard. After speaking with the front desk and the office manager I heard nothing but excuses. This very is very disrespectful to other job seekers to my self a military veteran. Having to spend all that time and energy just to hear I have to come back and to fill out more paperwork for something that should have been done sooner.
