We have mushrooms/ fungus growing in our closets and this company refuses to do anything. Our bathroom started growing mold because they refused to fix our vent for two years. Their response to this? “use a different bathroom”. This company is putting tens of other tenants in literal danger.

Horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE customer service. It's so horrible, it makes a McDonald's customer service look angelic. They have no care of empathy to their tenants or potential tenants at all. Their main goal from anyone that comes their way is how to obtain as much money from them as possible. I had other experiences with other realty managements, but Swami International takes the cake for being the worst one of them all. I highly recommend to anyone that is going to give this management a try, don't. It WILL be a waste of your time.

If you ever wonder where all the crooks in the city conjugate they work at this company? They are very very much against customer service and treating tenants fairly. But if you're looking for a place or apartment that has chalk out lines outside your door you just found it.

Managed very professionally. Anything is wrong they fix it immediately. Managers do a great job by keeping the place secured. Seen families also staying in great peace. Anyone in need of any place to live should contact Swami International. They have all sorts of apartments and houses. Their rents r very reasonable compared to other places.
