AVOID THIS COMPLEX This complex is beyond disgusting, and extremely overpriced. Basically a dumpster wrapped in pretty paper, so I’m not sure where they have the nerve to call this place “luxury” and charge over $2,000 for a one bedroom. The hallways smell awful, there’s no consequences to tenets who don’t pick up their dogs waste, the elevators are dirty, and the appliances in unit constantly break. These details wouldn’t be much of an issue if I wasn’t paying thousands of dollars to live here. Management has no regard for making this complex habitable. It’s honestly a disgrace to call this complex luxury living, if I could leave zero stars- I would.

The staff really cares about any concerns you have and they ACTUALLY remember your name! I’ve been surprised how quiet and well built the construction is - I very rarely hear any neighbor noise and have been pleasantly surprised. Most importantly my dog is happy (dog park, nice sidewalks to walk on, pup waste bag stations, and again it’s quiet inside!). Overall definitely recommend.

I just want off on saying how much we love Elevation! We moved in July and had old management and we loved scott! When pillar took over management just got better! Tanya and Callie both are AMAZING!!! they both take time to talk and interact, i will say tanya is a steelers fan and that may be her only downfall but if that’s it then i’ll take it! They’ve worked with us numerous times and they’ve been amazing!!! DAREK! The most friendly face,sweetest soul and he genuinely cares about his residents! Our brand new pup LOVES darek and he makes sure when ever he sees him to come out and greet him with smiles and treats! All new apartments are going to have ins and out but i truly believe the management makes it so worth it! We love love Darek and the other management! My only other thing i can say is that darek deserves the biggest raise ever that’s how great he is!!!! Thank you Elevation for making this place home!🤍

To put aside the friendly staff, and the fact that we've been in plenty of apartments who have not been cleaned and have many unfinished fixes; this apartment is well put together. The neighbors are plenty friendly. We're are all moving in at the same time and everyone has been so kind, even though we are all exhausted. The pool is ready to go and beautiful. The garages are very nice and spacious. There is a small dog park, but there is a huge dog park with a lake for them to swim in just 5 minutes from here. We requested maintenance and received wonderful service. Everyone communicated and the fix was fixed right away. Incredible neighborhood. Ready access to freeways and hospitals. Schools nearby. This is the picture perfect place. It makes me want to wait on buying a house!
