I usually love this place except for last visit. I Ordered at 8:48pm online for pickup thinking some Horchata and food would help my heartburn. I arrived at 9pm and the dispensers for Horchata were already gone. Closing is at 10pm. I doubt it takes an hour to clean those things. I should have just gone to Filibertos.

came to dine in & saw a small cockroach on corner of counter near our plates/food when we were about to pay… my boyfriend told the cashier & he came around the counter to squish it with a napkin, did NOT wipe down with any type of disinfectant. I asked for free food & only took off one quesadilla meal… which is appreciated, but i think we shouldn’t have been charged. P.S. tortilla maker needs lessons to make tortillas, they’re too thick … UPDATE 07/17/2021 i emailed & was told someone would call me & still no call.

This is now the worst location. I’ve been eating here for a number of years and it used to be decent. I’m not expecting ANYTHING more than what Cafe Rio offers, but this location shorts you on meat, guac and their toppings and pico is now like it’s been sitting out all day. Tonight was the last straw. My quesadilla looked like a toddler made it, my $3 side of guac had a 1/4” of water on the bottom and my wife’s burrito was not only made incorrectly from our online order but it had maybe 1/3 of the meat it should have. Even the side of chips was only half full. Yes, I should’ve checked but I was in a hurry and shouldn’t have to tear an entire to-do order apart on the table to make sure a very simple thing is done right. Avoid this place and go to a different location.

Although the location always seems to be busy, the lines seem to move fairly quick and the service is typically friendly. Larger servings, and the food is has good flavor. Love the fresh tortillas and a fan of the salads. Reasonable pricing; five adults ate for $60, and there were leftovers. (My wife is a much bigger fan than I am.)
