I got a nail in my tire and needed a patch I really needed help I was super stressed, the man looked at my tire and said he couldn’t help even though it was totally fixable it was an hour and a half until they closed he was just being lazy the crew in the shop was rude and lazy don’t recommend this place they do not help customers like these businesses are supposed to do. They could’ve asked to make an appointment for another day or upsold me a brand new tire but no effort was shown.

Not su_re why but this location turned out to be a service/ tire shop? Not sure why they have gotten rid of the accessorii>es/ parts and other items inside. Thats pretty much the main reason I went. Now I have no reasinn to go in anymore.

I have been to this Pep Boys before and not had any issues. I was very disappointed when I took my car there recently. It started off bad from the first phone call. Guy answering (Phil) the phone was rude from the start and said I was being vague when trying to describe my issue with my car. (I also see another review here who says he is rude.) I was thinking to not even take it there after how rude he was and I wish I would have listened to my gut. The next day after he looks at it he wants to charge me a ridiculous price which after reviewing was well above the market value for the fix. He tells me that it was going to take a week to get the part in and he wanted me to pay half the cost of the fix for a deposit yet I wouldn't even get my car fixed for a week. When I told him I wasn't sure I wanted to do this, he tells me no matter where I go I am going to have to wait that long for the part. This was a lie because I took it somewhere else and got it fixed much cheaper and got it fixed the same day. Also, as I was getting off the phone with him and telling him I wasn't interested in him fixing this issue, he mouthed off to me again and says "Well that's all you had to say in the first place." Which I am not sure what that even meant? Just overall poor experience. This man seriously needs to learn customer service skills.

Bought a new set of tires from them and couldn't be happier. Price was great, service was excellent and I only had to drop the vehicle off for a couple of hours. They were definitely fast and friendly.
