So far I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes awaiting the order I put in online 35 minutes ago. There’s no cars in front of me and the employee at the first window told me to sit here until she tells me to go to the next window. Normally a good location but this is ridiculous. Had i not already paid I’d be long gone.

As of April 6, 2022, this restaurant closes at 8pm on Mondays and at 9pm the rest of the week. The BK app accepts payment for orders even after the restaurant closes. The restaurant does not answer their phone. Their rate of errors in fulfilling burger orders is at least 25% in my experience.

Everyone working the window are really nice and in good spirits. Not all BK's make you feel good about stopping by but this one does.

I was pleased with this location. It’s one of the newer remodeled locations and they maintain it very well. Their frozen coke machine was working which was a huge plus and my burger🍔and fries were hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and Charles provide excellent customer service. He must have been new but he was patient and attentive which I appreciate and my order was right. Giving them 5⭐️s instead of 4 because of his service. I also noticed there wasn’t a huge line of people in the drive thru they seem to keep it flowing here. Would definitely return to this location.
