Very rude customer service I call there today on April 26th and the Hispanic lady who answered the phone kept interrupting me while I was talking very unprofessional every date I ask her for to rent a ballroom was booked and the way she kept talking to me was very rude she seems very racist I would never book here. I think the city hall needs to be aware of just because a person seems nice when you hire them you should always follow up with an anonymous call or a secret shopper because people like this don't need to work at your business when you're representing your city and this is the type of people you want representing your city then you won't go far. check the time of call.I called her around 5:04 PM

Very clean and the city workers very helpful. They have a system that you have to register and get temperature check at the door and they will call you when is your turn, very fast!

Today at the lakewood mall a hispanic man standing in front of burger king by target wearing a white shirt tucked in with blue jeans and short blk hair took a pic of me and my child walking towards him. When i passed i looked over his shoulder and saw the pic and he was texting. Probably a creep or trafficker. We immediately left and took the long way home....scary times

Don't try opening a business in this city. We greatly regret trying to invest here. My husband and I had to spend almost everything we got just to please the city inspectors and then we get all these homeless people who loiter around and scare people away and noone does anything about it The city makes it so stressful it's not even worth it. Too bad the people of Lakewood lose out on so much business opportunities , I wonder how they are with home owners. i wouldn't even try to purchase a home here

As it's part of the process of painting a house, spraying it with water is allowable within reason. Please take every precaution to limit the amount of runoff onto hardscape and the street. Thanks for checking!
Residents are allowed to have two yard sales per calendar year. No permit is required but signs may only be posted on private property.
Yes there is, if Tuesday is your normal day. If your normal day is Monday, there was no street sweeping yesterday due to the holiday, so the next sweep will be on Monday, June 7.
Please call the City of Lakewood Recreation and Community Services Department for help with this. The phone number is 562-866-9771, extension 2408.
Some cities post lights during the holidays; other cities post street banners or other decor. The City of Lakewood has street banners with colorful and festive holiday themes hanging from about 200 light poles throughout the city. You can see them along much of Del Amo Blvd. and other major streets in the city.
If you live on Hawaiian around Palms Elementary trash pick up is on mondays, street cleaning is on tuesdays
Hello Aubrey: Home Depot, located on Clark Avenue between Del Amo and Candlewood, should have the supplies you need. Good luck!
