I don't know the driver but I think it was Marcella. She was so helpful and nice when I was going to San Francisco. Best driver ever. The bus is good but I think it's about the drivers and how they interact with the people. But we they need more driver like her. I been on their bus before but so driver are rude. But this time I had a great experience.

Your company give to the people very bad service FLY AWAY buses from LAX to Van Nuys. Yours buses don,t stop at every terminals. They going empty to Van Nuys station at this time people wave to the your buses for stop but no body care. We going complent to the Mayer of Los Angeles how your service extremely bad.

This company cares about the customer. Albert the driver for Las Vegas is so good with customers. Really a good driver. Very safe driver. This why I love this company. Ps.
