Today I got a pickup for donation and it happened earlier than the other time I had a pickup which was awesome because last pick up happened around 2 or 3 and this one was around 11. Thomas and Corey were really nice and helpful guys, they took care of everything with no problem and were quick about it as well. They even took a few other items with no hesitation since they were able to squeeze it in. I received awesome service from these guys, thank you so much Salvation Army for your service through these men!

I thank God for this program. My prayers answered! My daughter is sober now after more than 7 years addicted, she is healthy and beautiful. I read other reviews and all I can say is not every program is perfect, but let us pray for solutions. I visited briefly recently and all I saw and experienced is love, compassion, kindness along with discipline of course. Discipline a must! Gods love a must! God Bless The Salvation Army Adult Rehab Center.....

I had a solid oak bedroom set with a cedar chest, mirrored dresser, a couple working tvs, craft dressers, bookcase and a few other assorted items. I called Salvation Army to ask if someone would be available to help unload the items to donate and was told yes. I rented a u haul to take the items to drop off. Upon arrival, there was one man working and I asked if he would be able to hep unload the items being donate and he asked "is it junk". I replied "No, it is not and it is a excellent condition solid oak bedroom set". The man at Salvation Army was no help and I had to call family members to come help. He even commented that the headboard looked heavy and laughed. Had I not been pressed for time, I would have left and gone over to Goodwill instead, but I had to get the u haul back and didn't have time. I will never make another donation to the Salvation Army - Ever! They were rude and unappreciative. There are too many other charities that appreciate donations to tolerate such rude behavior. Not only will I Not donate goods to the Salvation Army ever again, I will not make any more monetary donations either.

I remember having family visit and bring things like cigarettes and money maybe? I dont really remember. Regardless, they probably have the staff assist in some way, and you can probably do it in person. I don't know if you get mail there. I dont remember that either. lol. sorry! goodluck!

30days it gives you a chance to get yourself together and to find out about your addiction and it's better that way because your there to help your self so you can't worry about what's going on on the outside it's all about you and your recovery

It's a 6 month program everything is provided for you, including meal's, clothing, bed, and consuling on Alcohol and Addiction, the program works Only if you're willing to surrender you're Life and give up you Will to a higher power of your choosing in order to change you're Life. It's a behavior Modification program to help change your negative thinking to a positive One. It's all up to you. To break the cycle of alcohol and addiction. I hope this helps. God bless you..
