Being 77yo. and a renter for the first time (for the past 6 1/2 yrs), I have enjoyed every day living at StoneBrook. This became one of the best choices in my life. Sarah, To clarify a bit, rent includes cable and internet, and one receiver box for the TV. If the resident needs a receiver box for additional TVs, they are billed a nominal fee by Spectrum. Hello Elizabeth, StoneBrook homes currently range from $1,750 - $2,760 per month, depending upon the floor plan. Additional fees apply if you have a pet (cat/dog).
