I had a very pleasant experience. Mr. Girley was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I drove from Los Angeles and plan to return to this location, if necessary, in the future rather than going to another office. This office deserves five stars and pay raises. Disregard the outdated negative reviews. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The office also has a nice atmosphere, and pleasant lighting. This is not what I expected from a government office. I was pleasantly surprised.
