Cassandra in the service department was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs and service. She went the extra mile and was both professional and pleasant to have in the experience of both car repairs and dealerships. I was very appreciative. She did not go unrecognized for her efforts and really should be acknowledged by management, it was not just myself she was this way overall with others. Definitely an asset considering what is out there in terms of good solid employee's.

It took them 9 months to get a recall done. They kept telling me parts were delayed, then my service provider had quit so my account was canceled. So I had to take it back in and finally got the recall. Upon completion of the recall my car immediately started having starting problems. I went in to tell the service provider before I even left the lot and he said everything was fine. So the car kept having problems. Took it in to check. They said it was fine. Took it back in and they did an “extensive search” on the vehicle and told me now all of a sudden I had very major issues to fix. Also the service provider hung up on me when I told him I didn’t want them to fix my vehicle. Why would I trust them. So now I have to pay the $180 because it has nothing to with the recall they did even though I didn’t have this issue till right after the recall. Sketchy. Unprofessional. They even admitted that they have had a lot of change ups in service workers. Talked to other mechanics in the area and I didn’t even have to tell them which Hyundai it was. They literally asked if I was having problems with the Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys. They have apparently gotten many complaints from other Hyundai car owners about this place. They said they have a huge turn over rate. Anyway just my experience. The manager did nothing to help just passed it on to a service worker. Maybe try another dealership for service if you have the option.

I had a great experience buying a car from Keyes Hyundai. I met with Carl Fisher. He was great. I find that, far too often, sales people talk themselves out of the deal with their bag of tricks and game playing. I didn't experience that at Keyes Hyundai. Carl was straight forward. He represented the dealers interests while balancing them with mine. That can be a delicate balance. Carl is a deal maker. I would recommend Carl for savvy negotiators who are realistic but not interested in games as well as inexperienced negotiators. I think you will appreciate a straightforward salesman and you will find that in Carl.

I really enjoyed working with Faisal to buy my new car. I found the whole team very helpful and I felt they truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I have purchased from other Keyes dealerships and this one blows the rest of them away in customer service. You can tell the team is really happy here and they have a lot of longevity.
