Elijah was GREAT! He was very patient and very attentive. We ordered ALOT...and couldn't make up our minds what we wanted 🤦🏽‍♀️. He's a VCU student. Be sure to tip the students a little extra. Kudos to students going to school AND working ❤

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Chili's and I have given it chance after chance. As one of the few swipe-accessible dining locations on campus, it has been seemingly "overwhelmed" numerous times by a large influx of customers. As a result of this, you can now no longer order here in-person using your swipes. You have to use the GET mobile app, which is hardly functional and will make you rip your hair out in frustration. There is also, for some reason, an order limit where you will be unable to get food at all. You can't place an order for later to get around this limit, you actually have to just keep spamming your order into the system until it finally accepts it. The swipe menu is also very limited in its options, obviously this is not the fault of the employees, but rather that of the university. The employees, however, aren't that good either, most seem to be untrained and confused. Most restaurants in 2022 don't realize that you actually need skilled and well-paid employees to create a well-oiled machine. Overall this location is in need of a massive overhaul to actually make it an enjoyable dining experience.
