I went to get my rims checked because I knew one might be a bad rim. I arrived here and quickly got offered a beverage by a young lady, the mechanic (older gentleman) was super helpful checked all my rims and pointed out the bad one. Suggested I get one from the junkyard (I have an older car). Long story short we got the wrong ones, and we found some and went back the next day! I got there around 10 am Thursday, and the guy behind the computer said it will be 1 and a half to 2 hour wait. I came back 2 and a half hours later and my car did not get touched. The mechanic didn't even know my car was there. He immediately went to my car and I asked how long will it take and he told me to ask the "big guy" and I did he responded with attitude. My car was finished close to 4 hours in just to do two rims! So, I would go here on better customer service days which seem to be M-W early morning. Any day or time after, the guy behind the computer seems to get frantic when it gets busy and spoils your visit. Possibly put pricey jobs first as well, so if you got nothing to do that day you should be good!

Hello my name is Tony from Arizona and I came to the ( Wheel House ) for my old school 80’s Nissan Hardbody Pickup 🛻 to get some 15 x 10’s deep dish polished rims and 195/50/15’s tires. And their price’s were amazing! So I bought 4 - new rims and 4 - new tires and they couldn’t of been more professional and beyond friendly and very knowledgeable if I could give them a 20 out of 1 through 10 and 10 being the best I would 👍🏽😎👍🏽 I will definitely highly recommend them to anybody and I will without a doubt be a repeat customer. Hands down, This is the place to go to for all your off-road, tires and wheels needs. They did a beautiful job with my truck and most important, Freddy saved me money compared to other local spots. Service was on point. Definitely my new spot to go.

After shopping several months for a special combination of tire and wheels, I visited Wheel House Center and instead of obstacles I received solutions, Freddy the owner and David his assistant spent quite a while with me finding what I was looking and finally I could say that.
