Literally could not get any worse. Never hated a company so much. Their driver tried to run me off the road and then their customer service team refuses to take complaints so they are just actively employing terrible drivers and the drivers get away with it bc the company doesn’t care at all. Spoke to 8 people in total, nobody would even take the complaint

Horrible customer service, if I had a choice I would never use FedEx but the company I bought from uses them as a shipper. They keep placed a delay exception on my package because a future delivery date was requested but I did not ever put a request. Don’t bother with their customer support, they’re useless. They can’t do anything based off the little information they have, they didn’t offer me any solution.

Drivers always dropping off to wrong addresses, after many calls back and forth they tell you the driver will go back and see if he can find the package where he dropped it ,like it's going to be there when he goes back .You end up losing the package .

If you made an order and you had bad luck because FedEx would deliver it, I made an order through a company and put my address after that. Unfortunately, the order was sent by FedEx and they did not deliver the shipment and I called FedEx customer service and gave me an address to go and bring my shipment. Driving for more than an hour and unfortunately when the employee arrived, she told me that the shipment was inside the truck and she could not bring it, and I had to wait and they would return it. They called me and told me that the shipment was on the way and I waiting and did not arrive, I called back the customer service They told me they would solve the problem. One of the officials called me back to tell me that I was in a new location, and that I could go to collect it when I arrived. As an employee tell me a story? where is my order ??????

Yes you can if the package is already labeled for ground shipment.
Depending on which facility your package is coming from...best option is to call customer service and find out exactly where your package is being held at. From there you can tell them you want to pick it up or have it sent to a fedex office as a HAL package to a location that is closer to you so that u can pick it up from there. This option is especially helpful for packages that require signature in person and is difficult for the recipient to be home to receive it
No this location isnt a priority service like fedex express but that location is up the street on kimberely and u may have missed the cut offs for them to reach location by tomorrow.
