I saw some one star reviews for this business and I thought I have to give a review too. I am really happy with this laundromat, I do NOT go there to play video games or use vending machines or to watch TV. I go there to do my laundry and this place has good machines at a very reasonable price. The staff is courteous and helpful too. It's a good thing this place has dud in it's name because that's exactly what it is. Everything is out of order, including the vending machine and some video game arcade machines. Every 3rd machine is not working. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the woman who worked there helped me navigate the chaos. It's reasonably priced but there are plenty other laundromats around that are equal in price. Their drop off and go is 30cents more per pound than I've seen in the area and its just done on site in the same machines you would use. In a pinch, or if you have to wash a bath mat, it's fine but I wouldn't recommend using this place regularly.

Started coming to this laundry mat a few months ago. Everything was fine at first, but now everytime I go in, the worker runs up to me to remind me that they close at 9:15 PM and I'm there 30 mins before last wash. Theres always atleast 10 to 15 machines down thru out the place. I've even had the worker tell me I cant fold my clothes because she wants to go home. I dont recommend coming to this place. It's even more expensive than the one down the street. Plus these dryers suck.

Here at this laundromat. Not happy at all. The wash cycle is running with very little water. Clothes are barely wet and the machine keeps spinning the content pretending it is washing it. Where is the water??? Laundry with a gallon of water?? Wasting money and time right now. So frustrated. And no meaningful help or proper explanation from the staff. Terrible customer service.
