I'm a current resident at City Lights. During my workout I found a mouse that was running around the gym and climbing all over the equipment. I immediately went to the office to let them know and express my concern with how unsanitary this was. The leasing office agent brushed it off like it was nothing and replied "oh we know". I responded with "So you guys just don't care?" Which she responded "we put in a work order already" - completely nonchalant about the issue. They had known about the mouse running around and did not see it as an immediate issue that needed to be taken care of. Even worse - they did not take any additional measures to clean or sanitize the gym knowing that having a mouse all over the equipment is an extreme health concern. After my complaint (and many others) they finally sent out an email saying the gym would be closed for the remainder of the day for "inspection and repairs" instead of being honest about the fact that there is a mouse in the gym. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother to clean or disinfect the gym after this instance either. Disgusting! And very poorly handled.

I have consistently experienced a great residential support services with City Lights Apartments Management. The staff are friendly and helpful. I intend to continue renting my apartment for a long time, and I strongly recommend their properties to all that are looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with the team at City Lights office, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier! 👍🏽

I don’t know what to say. It’s a very mixed bag, unfortunately, mostly negative. The idea, and location of this place are big sellers. However, after living here for about 18 months I can only say I wish moving wasn’t so expensive. For some reason tenants here think it’s ok to let their dogs not only use our indoor hallways as bathrooms, they also never pick up after them. Be it in the grass, or just in the middle of the walkway. No effs given. The apartments don’t do anything to enforce the rules. And don’t get me started on our so called “gated community.” The gate is open all hours, my car has had the CAT cut 3 times, and the office claims there are cameras…yet none can be found. The package delivery room here is awful. Not the apartments fault, but we can’t have things delivered to our door, so things are “lost” constantly from the package room. The people that work in the office are nice, but mostly useless, the maintenance is fine. $2200ish on a one bedroom, I’d suggest choosing almost anywhere else.

I wanted to write a Five Star review for Francisco from City Lights at Town Center Apartments. He has been called on twice to come to my Apartment and fix my garbage disposal and washing machine. Both times he did an outstanding job in fixing the issue at hand and was very pleasant to speak with. Just wanted to give a shout out to Francisco and hope he gets recognized by his employer for doing a great job both times entering my home.
