Recently moved to Alicante. When I called the leasing office the first time, Jessica King was the one to assist me. She was the nicest, most helpful leasing agent you can ask for. She goes above and beyond to help you, guide you, and makes you feel welcomed. She showed up at the office on her days off to check up on me before my move in date. Just moved in 1 week ago. Kevin made the move-in and application process extremely smooth (even during this COVID-19 crisis). Kevin was extremely responsive to all of our unique questions and ensured we had absolutely everything we needed prior to moving day. Upon arrival, our apartment was perfectly clean (kudos to the maintenance staff here). The grounds are beautiful and clean as well. The layout of the apartment makes the 1BR apartment seem much larger than our previous apartment of the same size. All appliances are in great working condition. The apartment meets all of our needs and we absolutely love it. A special thanks to Kevin and the rest of the staff for our move-in gifts (unexpected surprise) and the welcome to the community.
