This is a great place live. I'm 10 miles from work and right next to the 73 Toll Road. Proximity to work was an important item when looking for a place. The apartment grounds are very well kept and the wood floors and stainless steel appliances add a nice touch to the place. Mike and his team are quick to act on any issue presented to them the entire team, office staff and maintenance people go above and beyond to provide quality service. The leasing process was one of the easiest i have experienced. They really do want to rent to you. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

This is the best place to live in Aliso Viejo! Close to schools and within walking distance to the Town center! I am very grateful to the company and all the managers who helped us with all the questions we had and they made our life (for 2,5 years) there as comfortable as possible! I do recommend this place to all people I know and I’m sure they love this community as much as we do. Very friendly staff and really good location.

My boyfriend and I are looking for our first place together, and Aliso Town Center was one of the spots we had marked down to visit. The complex was well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Kimberly assisted us with checking in and made the process a breeze! If you are hunting for an apartment the staff at Aliso Town Center are friendly and will offer nothing but assistance.
