there is a lady officer there and she is extremely disrespectful and simply did not want to help even she could have. she seems to be the boss of other officers. One of them wanted to help me, but she stepped in and stopped everything. don't forget that you have your job to help people. shame on you.

Called for a simple question and was left on hold for easily 15 minutes. I think it's pretty easy to ask a cop next to you if I'll be arrested for living in my car in order to serve the elite of laguna to stay alive.

Officer Michael Johnson is extremely disrespectful towards the elderly and children. What i witnessed in Aliso shopping center was unlike anything from an "officer." I hope the supervisors do their job.

One of the best sheriffs office in orange county, I had a situation where I was totally baffled and didnt know my rights and was terrified, officer Ritchie calmed me down explained my rights to me, and handled the situation like a true hero.he basically saved my life. He empowered me mentally to realize who I allow into my life, and to deny access to toxic people that wanta use and abuse me, hes a genius.
