Yesterday, I sent separate cargo to USPS Reseda Blvd and USPS 7th Street Santa Monica offices, the shipping I sent from the Reseda office are on the way, that is, also ''in Transit'' status, but The Santa Monica 7th Street, office is still pending ''in Tracked" status, in which case I applaud the USPS Reseda city Reseda Blvd office I wish the Santa Monica 7th Street office was freed from working at a turtle's pace.

Most post office experiences are pretty mediocre, but they're all over the map. This office is chronically understaffed and there's missing signage. People are doing their best here, but it's not a good situation. Nobody's exactly rude, but it just is what it is, and I'd do everything I can to stay home.

I sent document to South Korea on Feb 10th. I used 5-7 business day arrival service. And then I have no update until Feb 21st and the tracker said that i arrived at LAX. And 4 days later today it said it left to South Korea. It has been15 days and between those times the document was stayed there in the office. They said covid might cause somewhat delayed but still i should be notified how long roughly it will take. The document should be arrived by Feb 28th and still I used that service(5-7days) but if it is not arrived then I have to fix it and resend it. I dint wanna spend another $50. This needs to be claimed. I wish I can email or talk to supervisor but they have a call or email address for domestic mail service and for international claim they only have loss claim. I will not us USPS for international mail. Horrible service. The staff was very nice. That is why I put two star. Review update : So the document needed to be resent to New York office, and I asked my friend to send it the same service to see how long it took. The post office worker in Korea said it will take some time due to Pandemic. Bottom line is it only took 10 business day. When I sent it from Santa Monica the package was in the office for 10 days and LAX for 4 days. in Korea, the package left to Incheon airport within 3 days. So I guess we can tell who is being...... Just wanted to say but I know it can be frustrated. since the staff was nice, I am changing to 3 stars but please when we spent more money to send it faster, if you can, please hurry a little bit. Thank you.

I wish I could give a zero star review of this place. We live a block away and yet we regularly have our packages delivered late. Our packages are scanned as delivered but are not. Then they either show up 7-10 days later. Someone on the route is not doing their job. Complaints have been made and yet nothing is done. I order live plants online which arrive dead when the packages are delivered so late. I cannot believe the abysmal service provided and the lack of professionalism.
