I TRIED to use this business (again), but half the time the card readers outside don't work. Tried different fuel pump at other island, same deal. This happens a lot since owners changed and on lunch time it's huge time lost. Went across the street this time and bought gas at Big Y instead and will from now on. Same price.

If I'm paying for a service I want it done nicely.... if I ask for tire shine I want to see my tires shine.... they barely put enough same with rim cleaner

I appreciate my monthly car wash pass! My car wash pass gives me unlimited free car washes-$19.99 each month- withdrawn automatically from my bank account! But busy times there is a (up to) twenty minute wait in line before entering car wash.. Free vacuum use sucks in Chicopee because there is mostly never any air suction on, and the spaces are full to use vacuums that might actually work...The front car wash vacuums are so bad they just close them down...wish they would fix them once a year or maintain them routinely!

Love my monthly pass!! They all do a good job though! Although some are a little more thorough than others with the pre-rinse and that kind of stuff... this one at the particular day I went was a bit lacking, not sure if it was due to the cold... but overall they're great! And the best thing is if it's not up to par the first pass, go back through as many times as you want!!
