Ivan, Afra and Becka were all so kind and helpful today. I have been going to this location for about 10 yrs and continue to be impressed by the great staff. I’ve never had any issues, only peace of mind after leaving. I highly recommend them!

The service technician recommended I change my transmission fluid. That it’s recommended every 40,000 miles by the manufacturer. This is incorrect. Furthermore my transmission fluid was changed 4000 miles ago. She also suggested I change my air filter. I changed it last month. Upon asking them to see it. It was snow white. She then told me that my coolant needed changing. I had a new radiator installed last year and the coolant is less than one year old. I hope Jiffy Lube isn’t instructing their employees to suggest services to their customers that are not needed.

Staff was very friendly. Answered all my questions, clearly. We were treated with respect. Although I didn’t see the techs who worked on my oil change as they were under the car, I feel Confident that the service I received is great! Very professional team. I would recommend and will certainly be back for my automotive needs.

Went there for an Oil Change and did the Headlight Restoration. Not many places that have Good customer service but this location was great. Abdul was great and took very good care of us. Luis was very helpful as well. Great Team. Will be going back
