Fairly frequent customer. Glad that the lines aren’t out the door anymore. Maybe I’ve been getting there at the right times. Staff seems fairly attentive. Most times sales folks will move from one “zone” to another to help keep lines moving. Not entirely sure what constitutes their tiered pricing though. Had some prerolls this weekend from them. The tier 2 that I got were so much better than the more expensive tier 3 that I also got. Oh well, smoke and learn I suppose.

Amazing selection of products. Knowledgeable staff. Inside can be a bit overwhelming for a first timer because of the med/rec separation and overall design of the sales floor, but there's usually enough staff to guide you through. They do not have an ATM inside but there is one within a block (my card didn't work at pos, a bank issue not on merchant). Just wish they were a bit easier to get to as they are not near a bus route.

**Update** Within a few min of posting this I was contacted by Theory for more information on what happened. Very professional and asked if they can make it right. I won't disclose how they made it right but they did and I am presently surprised at the their commitment to their customers. I have since changed my review to reflect their efforts. I placed an online order on 5/25/22 for a pick up on 5/26/22. Received all the email notifications telling me my order was picked and ready to pick up. I drive an hour and 30 mins to get here only for them to tell me, sorry we don't have your order ready for some reason. 10 min go by and he comes back and informs me they no longer have the items I ordered. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location only to get a sorry. Well SORRY, I will NEVER shop this location again, and I will bad mouth this place to everyone who will listen. 6 hours of MY time was wasted between the 2 visits on PREORDERS. I have NEVER had this problem ANY where else. Over the last 3 months I have brought this place about 35 new loyal customers and they will no longer frequent this location. Worst customer service I have received at any dispensary in Mass.

You're probably thinking of the other shop called Mass Alternative Care. They are the true expensive ones
1. Yes, all of the flower they sell is listed on the website. 2. For recreational sales, I have not seen more than 25, personally.
