I was very impressed with their service. I was in a hurry and needed help getting a personal delivery made. I Googled local courier services near me and of all the companies that showed up, Senpex was the only company that allowed me to get a direct quote online and schedule my delivery immediately. Other companies wanted me to submit my request and wait for a call back for pricing and availability. I submitted three other requests and none of those other companies contacted me back. Senpex even had a live operator available right away to help me confirm my order was done correctly. Very affordable and professional service.
