Visited this location of Popeyes on 07/17/2022. When I arrived home, I found out I did not have my complete order. It's so frustrating to get home and find out you paid for something you didn't receive. These people are not focused on what they are doing at all.

The chicken tenders and french fries were cold. I had to go back in the get fresh food. No apologies I was just looked at like I was in the wrong. I won't be back to this location.

Just wish the food was warm. I had fish and it was cold. And I don't know why it is but that every one of these Popeyes I visited in this city no one's really friendly... Just common customer service practices would be nice.

We normally love Popeye's so we stopped here while running errands in the area. This might have been our best visit ever at ANY Popeye's. Walked in, 1 person in line, taken care of very quickly. We placed our order (4 piece meal with extra mashed potato). We were told there was a slight wait on more mild. No problem. Had our name called within about 3 minutes and it was delicious. I mean, the best I can remember. Clean restaurant and very friendly staff. From what I saw, GREAT location. Highly recommended.

I am not sure how they still in business, they need to figure how to serve customers in a timely manner.
Every time we go it is
Safety first means washing your hands and putting new gloves on. Examples of NO safety concerns; the clerk runs the register, collecting$$ then runs to the bathroom (2 minutes) check her phone as she is coming back behind the register. All done with the same gloves then to top it off she turns around and starts to help make the orders. Not a joke. I stood in the lobby waiting for my order. Lucky she hadn't prepared my food or I would as politely asked for a REFUND!!!!
I can tell you are very upset. They might have different hours now and forgot to change the sign. Or maybe someone forgot to get up and open this morning. Check with the manager, I'm sure they can explain what happened.
