This place is a JOKE…I went and spent $60 on lunch and they had no biscuits or mac and cheese ready. They told me that the biscuits were cooking and to wait 11 mins I waited, Only to find out that they werent even cooking the biscuits and that all he would exchange the biscuits for was a side of mac and cheese! They definately need to learn out to have food ready especially during lunch time!

Food is ok. But what the…. WHY IS SO DIRTY and sticky floor??? Why nobody don’t clean up??? And I don’t recommend use restroom 🤦🏼‍♀️

Every time I go by the place they're always out of original I'm tired of crispy. I go in the evening time and there's none there and I don't have time to wait it got plenty of crispy but not original. You would think if you run out of original like that you will make more and have less of the crispy. Some days I get good customer service others is horrible.

WORST RESTAURANT IN AREA.... ALWAYS CLAIM TO BE OUT OF FOOD HARDLY EVER EVEN OPEN DURING BUSINESS HRS, FOOD MADE IMPROPERLY, DRIVE THRU SPEAKER DOESNT WORK, SIGN SAYS DRIVE TO WINDOW. DROVE TO WINDOW & SAT FOR 10+MIN BEFORE SOMEONE FINALLY CAME TO WINDOW AND RUDELY SAID “CAN I HELP YOU”!!! The better business bureau should just shut this place down!!!! It is a complete joke... -Nashville hot chicken at this location.
