I think there are a few things that deserve a 5 star review on this hotel. The employees are wonderful and accommodating. The hotel was cleaned but outdated. Atmosphere and bathrooms especially. The advertisement they post are really misleading. Bistro and bar and coffee shop really are not fully functioning and the swimming pool was closed. I know Marriott is updating its hotels and hope this one is on the list soon as it has potential.

Night staff was pretty blunt and not really inviting. My room wasn’t clean. There was splatters on the walls and garbage already in the trash bin. Paid with points but if I had to pay with cash I would have been really disappointed. Marriott can do better.

So i rented a room, heat is broken in room they brought in a very nice lady to fix it. 5m later it went out, bed is broken no im not joking, lady at frount desk was so ill we tried to refund 160.00 she wouldnt refund it we were in room 10m so if u want to catch Corona virus or god knows what else come here!

The service was good at this hotel but the facilities need work. The bathroom is extremely outdated. The shower head is unmanageable and just sprays everywhere. The tv wouldn’t change channels. The hairdryer was from the 1980s. Everything else about the room is your standard courtyard. This bistro is pretty bare bones and wasn’t open for dinner/drinks like many I’ve been to. This place gets the job done but it won’t be an excellent courtyard stay like you may be expecting.
