I've gone to Great Clips for haircuts for years. Today I was a walk in, as usual there was a bit of a wait. There was another walk in after me, however when a stylist became available she took the guy that came in AFTER me. Extremely unprofessional. I walked out and called SmartStyle at Walmart at they were willing to get me in in less than 30 minutes. Guess I'll be going to them in the future.

Slow service due to poor management, not hiring or recruiting styles! I go there a lot, and the staff is excellent. The other thing is making sure things are clean and sterile. A few times after a cut, I have had sores on my neckline in the back of my head- this is imperative!

Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
